Who will get your property if you die without a Will or Trust?
A Will and/or Trust that are well drafted and funded are the best way to make sure that you property is distributed to the way you want.
If you die without a Will or Trust, then you are leaving your property distribution decision in the hands of the Arizona Legislature—this is far from ideal.
Put a solid estate plan in place so that you can make sure that your wishes will be followed. This is particularly important if you have a blended or “non-traditional” family.
