Congratulations Todd Jarvis, newest patent attorney!
May 13, 2014 12:33 am,Breen Olson & Trenton, LLP (BOT) is pleased to announce that Attorney Todd Jarvis passed the patent bar examination this week. The patent bar is one of the most challenging examinations with typically only 45% pass rate. In order to be registered as a patent attorney in the United States, one must pass the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registration examination. Those that pass the patent bar exam become authorized to practice in front of the USPTO – meaning that they are able to apply for patents on behalf of clients. Mr. Jarvis is a specialist with the rules and procedures of practice at the USPTO and can fulfill BOT clients’ needs as it pertains to their Intellectual Property interests. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Jarvis studied in the field of Bioinformatics, and holds a Masters Degree in Genetics. Congratulations Todd!
